RAISING THE MINIMUM WAGE

If the cost of living increases, so should the minimum wage.

$7.25 is Not Enough: When states raise their minimum wages, working families win. However, cities and towns on the border of other states with a lower minimum wage lose out because costs are cheaper and customers cross state lines to buy goods. Raymond will work with both parties in Congress to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour across the country. This helps families survive and makes it fair for small businesses to compete no matter which side of the state line they reside.
